Teams Chat Backup Pro is a one-time purchase digital product. Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
No refunds
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once Pro access is activated on your Chrome profile, the transaction is complete.
Technical issues
If the extension does not work as expected, contact us at support@teamschatbackup.com. We are committed to resolving technical problems, but we do not issue refunds for user error, incompatibility or change of mind. Try the free version first to check it works with your Teams.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in your license being revoked and future purchases being blocked.
Contact
For any question about your purchase, write to support@teamschatbackup.com before contacting your bank.
